Titanium-copper composite rod
Titanium-coated copper (Ti-Cu composite rod) and steel-coated copper (stainless steel-copper composite rod) are electrodes used as cathodes and anodes of electrolytic cells. Titanium-copper composite rod is an excellent electrode material in chemical chlor-alkali industry and electroplating industry. It takes full advantage of the good corrosion resistance of titanium and good conductivity of copper, replacing graphite anode. It combines the excellent electrical conductivity of copper and the excellent corrosion resistance of titanium. It is mainly used in electrolysis, electroplating, hydrometallurgy and metal anode electrolyzer under strong corrosion conditions. On the one hand, it exerts the excellent electrical conductivity of intermediate material copper, on the other hand, it exerts the corrosion resistance of cladding material. It is a kind of high-quality electrode material. As the main component of metal anode, Ti-coated copper can greatly reduce the pollution of electrolyte and plating solution, save energy consumption, improve the environment, and provide energy-saving and environmental-friendly electrode materials. It can also produce round, drum, square and flat composite rods of different specifications according to user's requirements. It can also bend and assemble welding in different shapes. Stainless steel-copper composite rod is an excellent cathode material for unipolar ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer in chemical chlor-alkali industry. It can provide round, square and rectangular composite rods of various shapes.
